Tenant Improvement
Complete interior build-out and exterior renovation of a 14,000 SF card room casino with accompanying full-service restaurant and bar. Improvements delivered:
- A large porte cochere entry, 30’ high elevated ceilings in the main card room, 20 Black Jack, Poker, and Pai Gow tables, 2 high limit areas
- Full-service kitchen, indoor/outdoor bar with exterior patio areas containing multiple fire pits, custom saltwater fish tank, and water features
- Extensive AV improvements and high-end custom finishes and details throughout
