Conversion and repositioning the iconic North County Times building, the single largest contiguous building west of Interstate 5 in North San Diego County. The building is considered the ‘centerpiece’ of the evolving neighborhood of South Oceanside. Scope included:

• Complete exterior renovation, including new facade, storefronts, and outdoor seating
• White-boxing of retail and restaurant space
• New onsite parking
