Scope Renovation

The project consisted of the demolition of a former Chuck E. Cheese restaurant, transforming it into a retail building now occupied by Trader Joe’s. The scope of work included:

  • Complete demolition of 15,356 SF of all existing interior finishes
  • The perimeter of the building was enhanced with full-height walls, creating a robust and modern structure.
  • Façade upgrades include structural steel canopies, metal panel siding, soffits, and new storefront glazing to provide a contemporary exterior.
  • Site work included the construction of cart corral walls, the installation of topcast hardscapes, and enhancements to the ADA path.

All construction work was carried out while the remainder of the shopping center remained open and operational, ensuring no disruption to adjacent co-tenants.
