OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Dempsey Construction Internship Program is designed to help you advance your professional aspirations (and have some fun along the way).
You can expect to be out in the field, seeing trade partners at work, shadowing foreman and superintendents, and taking photos in service of risk management. And if you’re already strong on field experience, you’ll learn the ins and outs of project estimates, scheduling, preconstruction, and how it all feeds into a smooth construction experience.
So when you’re ready to step into your career, you’re not playing catchup. You’re building on real life experience.
