Ground-up construction of a 100,000 SF Porsche dealership for the Hoehn Motors group. Work delivered:

  • Complete demolition of existing dealership and construction of a new facility
  • 1 level of showroom, sales offices, and administrative offices with an ‘exclusive’ showroom on the second floor
  • Service area on the second floor and a large parking deck on the roof
