Civita Resident Clubhouse

Project consisted of the ground-up construction of the resident’s clubhouse located within the Civita residential development in Mission Valley. Following the grading, the work delivered:

• Ground-up construction of two buildings, including high-end finishes, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, spa and locker rooms, a great room, a conference room, and a communal kitchen
• Outdoor amenities include a family pool, a lap pool, multiple fire pits and seating areas, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, and a games area
• Additional features include operable glazing systems for indoor/outdoor use, a game room, and a mezzanine overlooking the pool
