• Demolition of an existing hotel
• Features include a pool, fitness center, an outdoor patio area with custom breakfast/dining area, concrete podium deck and covered guest parking
• The hotel lobby, common areas and guest rooms feature fully custom décor packages by Marriott Corporate Interior Design
