Clairemont Village Phase 2

The Clairemont Village project consists of the extensive renovation/repositioning of the existing drug store-anchored portion of the center. The scope of work included:

• Extensive demolition of the existing building facades and site work throughout the project to accommodate the new architectural design and improvements
• New construction consisted of a façade expansion of the anchor building and the re-designed building façade for shop and pad buildings
• Extensive hardscape, landscape, and amenity improvements throughout the center
