Calexico Gateway Center Named Imperial Valley’s Project of the Year

We are thrilled to announce that the Calexico Gateway Center (CGC) project has been honored as Imperial Valley’s Project of the Year by the Imperial Valley Economic Development Corporation.

CGC is a ground-up construction of a multi-building industrial campus and stands as the largest commercial development currently underway in Calexico. Phase 1 includes all grading, site work, and the construction of four industrial buildings totaling more than 350,000 SF. When all phases are completed, this $220M project will feature over 1M SF of industrial space, multiple fast-food restaurants, a hotel, a coffee shop, and a gas station. Altogether, the development will span over 1 million square feet and is set to create 18,000 jobs for our community.
