Dempsey Summer Internship Program: Class of 2024

Each year, we invite five talented Construction Management students from schools across the United States to join our dynamic team. the Dempsey summer internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting, develop valuable skills, and make meaningful connections.

Dempsey interns gain real job experience through a balance of project-related administrative tasks and hands-on, learning-focused activities. A Realistic Job Preview (RJP) allows interns to experience the day-to-day tasks of roles such as Estimator, Project Engineer, and Foreman. Interns spend time on the job, working directly with and under the guidance of Dempsey Construction team members in these positions.

The Dempsey interns are provided with a genuine feel for the pace, expectations, demands, skills, and typical day-to-day life in these roles. They will Learn, Grow, and Play by learning something new, growing in their professional experience to further their future careers, and having some fun while doing so.
