Fox Point Farms: From Vision to Reality

Nestled in the heart of Encinitas in North County, San Diego, Fox Point Farms is a testament to what can be achieved with a clear vision and unwavering dedication. What began as a dream and a garden nursery has now blossomed into a thriving agrihood (agricultural neighborhood), rich with innovation, togetherness, and community spirit.

This ground-up construction project features five commercial-use buildings within the Fox Point Farms residential development, creating a new community-centric retail hub. This hub includes Haven Farm + Table Restaurant, Harvest Market, Fox Point Brewing, Fox Point Roasters coffee shop, and Hatch Gatherings event space.

The renovation of the restaurant building included:

• A first-floor farm-to-table market, retail shop, and a to-go bar selling coffee, drinks,  food, flowers, and local goods.
• The second floor houses Haven Farm + Table Restaurant, boasting 24-foot ceilings with a glass and steel roof, a large stone fireplace, a focal-point bar, and outdoor seating overlooking the farm.
• The Hatch Gatherings event space serves as a community venue for concerts, events, and fitness classes.
