Calexico Gateway Center, South

Ground-up construction of a four-building industrial campus. Phase 1 laid the foundation with grading, site work, and construction of four Class A industrial buildings totaling over 350,000 SF. Specifics include:

• 32’ clear heights, 142 loading docks, and 931 KW of solar power
• Fully insulated and climate-controlled warehouse spaces, reflective roof, and covered parking
• Raw water site irrigation system and reduced light pollution design

When fully completed, this center will feature more than 1 million SF of industrial space alongside multiple fast-food restaurants, a hotel, a coffee shop, and a gas station. Best of all, it will create 18,000 new jobs for the Imperial Valley community!
