Catamaran Hotel

Dempsey Construction was the General Contractor of choice for the Catamaran Hotel. Work was performed in an occupied environment while the hotel remained open and operational. Work included:

• Complete interior and exterior renovation of several guest room buildings
• Renovation and structural upgrades to the guest parking garage
• Lobby renovation and addition of the Grab N’ Go counter
• Renovation and expansion of the hotel’s restaurant, Oceana
