Crownair Aviation

Ground up construction of FBO (flight booking office) and multiple hangars for Crownair facility located at Montgomery Executive Airport. Scope delivered:

• Existing improvements were demolished, and new improvements included a 2-story, 16,452 SF, FBO building and two new aircraft hangars totaling 14,000 SF
• Two 70’ x 100’ aircraft hangars consisted of prefabricated metal buildings
• Site improvements included a new parking lot, curb/gutters, pervious concrete paving, concrete hardscape, new water, sewer and fire water lines, landscaping, and bio-filtration areas
