Dempsey repositioned a former manufacturing building into our new, state-of-the-art creative offices. The new space was fully customized with a new layout, entry, glass walls, skylights, and custom, high-end finishes. Project delivered:

• Multiple conference rooms, meeting areas, and a training room
• Amenities include shower rooms, a full gym, games, an indoor-outdoor communal kitchen and dining area, a wellness room, and more
