Fairview Commons

The Fairview Commons project consisted of a multi-phased renovation of an occupied, operational senior living facility. Work delivered:

• Demolition of all existing improvements
• Complete interior renovation to all 148 suites and common spaces
• Addition of a gathering area, café, and full-service salon
