Fletcher Jones Audi

Ground-up construction of a brand-new Audi dealership (designed by Gensler) for the Fletcher Jones Automotive Group. Work was performed in two phases:

• Phase 1: Ground-up construction of a 92,600, 2-building dealership with a showroom, offices, rooftop parking, and service area.
• Phase 2: Ground-up construction of a 20,000 SF service center designed and integrated to seamlessly connect to the existing service center.
