Fletcher Jones Audi Signal Hill

Complete renovation of the Fletcher Jones Audi dealership in Signal Hill. Construction is being performed in 4 phases across the 350,000 SF site. Designed by Gensler, this project delivered a current dealership with the updated Audi brand standards. Scope of work included:

• Demolition of all existing finishes
• Construction of new finishes, including full exterior façade on all four buildings; reconfiguration of 2 buildings
• Construction of a carwash and service drive
• All associate site-work and landscaping
