Fletcher Jones Mercedes Ontario

The Mercedes-Benz project expanded and constructed the new service facility for Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. The overall project scope included the expansion and renovation of the service center and improvements made to nine other areas within the sales and service facility. Specific improvements included:

• Relocation and expansion of the service write-up stations to optimize customer experience, new car charger infrastructure and charge stations, the addition of 6 vehicle car lifts in the service center and general modifications to the retail sales area
• Full suite of preconstruction services, including estimating, scheduling, cost analysis, value engineering, and working collaboratively with the owner, design team, and all consultants to maximize design and cost
• The project was occupied and remained fully operational during construction and, therefore, required upfront planning and phasing to mitigate the impact on existing operations
