Fletcher Place is a retail and hospitality development constructed on the former El Cajon Police Headquarters property at Highway 67 and Fletcher Parkway in El Cajon. The developer engaged Dempsey in the very early stages of project design to provide preconstruction services and assist with schematic estimating, scheduling, and constructability review. The project consisted of:

  • Ground-up construction of a 4-story, 60,000 SF hotel and 3 retail buildings, totaling 14,362 SF.
