IDS Cabrillo

Complete renovation of site improvements located within an office campus in Kearny Mesa. Work included:

• Removal of all existing flatwork and landscape and replacement with a new water-conserving irrigation system, plant materials, and lighting
• Extensive flatwork included new walkways, decorative concrete, concrete seating benches, ADA compliance modifications, and the construction of multiple amenity areas with seating, decorative concrete, and DG
• The scope also included constructing a sidewalk fronting the entire property length on Balboa Avenue
