Nancy Ridge

The 6610 Nancy Ridge project transformed a Class B office building built in 1985 into a modern office and spec biotech/life science space. The completed reposition delivered:

• A new 2-story lobby entry, modern offices, and a new communal kitchen area that leads to the new 2nd-floor outdoor terrace
• Large lab area with benching, casework, and VAVs
• The exterior expansion and design are intended to animate the building by introducing transparency and a dynamic façade that changes in appearance and character throughout the day
