KTAZ Telemundo

Complete reposition of KTAZ Telemundo in Phoenix performed in 3 phases. Scope included:

• Reconfiguration of the entire first floor requiring substantial structural upgrades, installation of multiple glass partition walls, ballistic entry corridor, upgraded MEP systems, and new paint, lighting, flooring and finishes throughout the entire building.
• All new power service and switch gear was installed to the building, as well as a UPS system, 500KW generator and new AV feeds throughout.
• Work was performed while the broadcasting studio remained fully operational requiring precise planning and coordination between operations and the Dempsey team.
