Otay Border Crossing (OBX), Phases 1 & 2

2-phased construction of a large, 6-building industrial campus in Otay Mesa on the California/Mexico border in Otay Mesa.

• Phase 1: Ground-up construction of two buildings totaling 151,008 SF on 11.56 acres.
• Phase 2: Ground-up construction of four buildings totaling 342,000 SF, a 3.6-acre outdoor storage yard, and all associated site work on 26.1 acres.
