Ground-up construction of a four-building industrial campus. Work delivered:

• Four distinct buildings ranging from 40,000 SF – 200,000 SF
• A 3.6-acre outdoor storage yard; all associated site work across 26.1 acres
• Building features include 32’ and 36’ clear heights, 90 loading docks, underground stormwater detention systems, and conditioned office space in each building
