Ruffin Road

The Ruffin Road project demolished 130k sf office space & shell attached to an active, occupied warehouse. Following demolition, new improvements delivered:

• Ground-up construction of a new 100k sf tilt-up warehouse with two spec offices
• New site paving, hardscape, & landscaping
• The new building was seamlessly attached to the existing occupied building while not disrupting operations
