Santa Fe Christian Quad Building

Ground-up construction of a new, multi-level, educational building located on the Santa Fe Christian Schools campus in Solana Beach. Scope delivered:

• Demolition of several existing single-level classroom buildings as well as extensive site grading and export to make way for the new structure
• The education building consists of a 1-story concrete podium deck with parking underneath, with 2-stories of structural steel above
• Project was designed by Safdie Rabines and features classrooms, offices, a student lounge, staff lounge, support spaces, and multiple outdoor balconies and gathering areas
