Scope Renovation/ Reposition

Conversion of a former Toys ‘R Us building into a service facility for the Audi dealership located on Stevens Creek. Work included:

  • Demolition on the interior and exterior of the existing 55,686 SF building, including removal of the entire front of the building
  • Improvements consisting of a new front building wall cladded with ACM panels, service write up and entry drive, customer lounge, offices, car wash, parts storage and 48 vehicle service bays with lifts
  • Site work included the replacement of the fire main line, construction of bioretention basins, re-configuring and resurfacing of the parking lot, and landscaping and lighting throughout
