Via Lido

The Via Lido project was the complete re-position/renovation of an iconic, one-of-a-kind bayfront office building on Newport Bay. The 2-story, 18,000 SF office building on Lido Island fronts the Bay and offers harbor and ocean views. The project delivered:

• Significant exterior demolition and interior demolition of existing improvements
• The building was re-configured with a fresh layout featuring a new lobby, 2nd story access, general space reconfiguration, floor-to-ceiling glass
• A rooftop deck, new high-end exterior finishes, and a general re-allocation of usable space
